Business Logo Experts provides creative, strategy-led digital services across branding, website development, app development, animation, AI agents, SEO, and social media. These Terms of Service explain how our services work, what clients can expect from us, and what we expect in return so every project stays clear, collaborative, and professionally managed from start to finish.
- Services and Scope — Every project begins with a defined scope of work, whether that scope is a one-time project, a monthly retainer, or a custom package. The final scope will usually include the service category, deliverables, timeline, revision limits, and any important client responsibilities needed to keep the work moving smoothly. If a client requests additional work beyond the agreed scope, new features, extra revisions, expanded pages, new campaign assets, or a revised direction after approval, those requests may require a separate quote, additional time, or a new agreement before we continue. We aim to keep scope clear from the beginning so expectations stay aligned and both sides can focus on good work instead of guesswork.
- Payments and Billing — Payment terms are confirmed before work begins and may vary depending on the type of service, the size of the project, and whether the work is structured as a one-time build or an ongoing monthly engagement. Some projects may require an upfront deposit, milestone-based payments, or full payment before final delivery. Retainer services are usually billed monthly and may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the agreed terms. If an invoice is not paid on time, we reserve the right to pause work, delay delivery, or suspend access to files and assets until the outstanding balance is settled. Any taxes, bank fees, transfer charges, or payment processor costs may also be the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Revisions and Approvals — Each package or proposal includes a specific number of revision rounds, and those revisions are intended to refine the work within the approved direction rather than restart the project from scratch. We encourage clients to provide clear, consolidated feedback so the review process stays efficient and the final result stays aligned with the original strategy. Once a design, concept, file, campaign, or feature is approved, it will be treated as final unless new work is requested afterward. Late feedback, major concept changes, or requests that alter previously approved work may be treated as additional services. Final approvals matter because they help us protect timelines, avoid unnecessary rework, and keep projects moving with focus.
- Ownership and Usage Rights — Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all work remains the property of Business Logo Experts until full payment has been received. That includes drafts, working files, concepts, unselected directions, and any unused creative materials produced during the project. Once payment is complete, the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client for the agreed business use, and ownership rights will be handled according to the project agreement. Third-party assets, licensed fonts, stock media, software, plugins, or platform-specific tools may still remain subject to their own licensing rules, which means the client may need to maintain active licenses or subscriptions where applicable. We are always happy to explain what is transferable, what is licensed, and what needs separate permission.
- Limitations and Responsibilities — We work hard to deliver high-quality results, but some things are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by client-side delays, missing content, platform changes, hosting failures, third-party tool outages, ad account restrictions, search engine updates, app store review delays, or other external services that affect performance. For project success, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, brand assets when needed, legal approvals where relevant, and access to the tools or accounts required for the work. We also do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales volume, rankings, traffic growth, lead counts, or conversion rates, since results can depend on many outside factors. What we do guarantee is a professional process, clear communication, and work delivered with care and intent.
